By creating a Tracklete account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old. If under 18, use the app only with a parent or guardian's consent.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us at support@tracklete.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account any time from Settings → Delete Account.
Tracklete connects athletes with coaches but does not employ or vet coaches beyond institutional verification where applicable. Any coaching arrangement is between you and the coach.
Tracklete reads health data to provide performance insights. It is not a medical device. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a training program.
Pluto AI responses are generated by a large language model and may be inaccurate. Verify important information independently. Do not rely on Pluto for medical, legal, or financial advice.
You retain ownership of the workouts, posts, and community content you create. By posting publicly inside Tracklete you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it in the app.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate any time via Settings → Delete Account.
Tracklete is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app.
